We don’t take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.
Pieces made with your own design
A piece with your own text or photo is made just for you, so it can’t be returned or exchanged, and it is paid online. Please check the spelling, size and colour in the preview before you order. If it arrives damaged, or printed differently from the preview you approved, we replace it free as explained below.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size or colour, we’ll send a free replacement.
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share an unboxing video, photos of the product, and a photo of the shipping label.
- If a replacement isn’t possible, we refund the full amount.
Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
