These terms apply when you browse or buy from Panuwear. The store is run by Panuwear, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India. By placing an order you agree to them.

Changes to an order

Orders go into production quickly, so an order cannot be changed once it has been processed.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and are the final amount you pay. Shipping is free.
  • You can pay cash on delivery, except for pieces made with your own design, which are paid online. Online payments are processed by our payment partner and we never see or store your card details.
  • If a price is shown wrongly because of an error, we will tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by writing to us. After that the order is usually already being printed, so it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid orders cancelled in time are refunded in full.

Your own designs

  • When you add your own text, photo or logo, you confirm that you have the right to print it.
  • We don’t print content that is hateful, obscene or illegal, or that uses other brands’ logos, characters or artwork. We may cancel such an order and refund it in full.
  • A piece with your own design is made just for you, so it can’t be returned or exchanged. We replace it free if it arrives damaged or misprinted.

Shipping, returns and replacements

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping and delivery policy. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, our Returns and replacements policy explains how we fix it.

Colours and sizes

Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and measurements can vary by up to half an inch. Please check the size guide before you order.

Designs

All designs, photos and text on this website belong to Panuwear. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Our responsibility

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather or other events outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
