Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Your order is packed in 2 to 3 working days and usually reaches you 5 to 7 working days after you order. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. You can pay in cash when the courier delivers your order. Pieces made with your own design are the one exception: they are paid online.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don’t offer size exchanges, so please check the size guide before you order. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it for free.
How do I choose my size?
Measure a T-shirt you already like, lying flat, and compare it with the size guide. Oversized tees are cut boxy on purpose, so take your usual size for the oversized look.
Will the print fade or crack?
The designs are printed directly into the fabric, so they stay soft. Wash inside out in cold water and don’t iron on the print, and it will last many washes.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver only within India.
Can I print my own name, line or photo?
Yes. Open Design your own, pick a T-shirt, oversized T-shirt, sweatshirt or hoodie, then type your text in Hindi or English or upload a photo. You see it on the garment before you order. Because it is made just for you, it is paid online and can’t be returned or exchanged. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it free.
