This policy explains what personal information Panuwear collects, why, and what we do with it. The store is run by Panuwear, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you place an order or create an account.
  • What you ordered and how you paid (cash on delivery or online). Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
  • If you sign in with Google, the name and email address on your Google account.
  • Any text, photo or logo you add when you design your own piece.
  • Cookies that keep your cart and login working, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that show us how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and where people get stuck. If we run ads, the Meta Pixel measures which ads lead to orders.

Why we use it

  • To print, pack and deliver your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.
  • To keep records required by law, such as invoices.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it easier to shop.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

  • Our printing partner, who prints and ships your order and needs your name, phone and address to do so.
  • Courier partners, for delivery.
  • Our payment partner, when you pay online.
  • Google, Microsoft and Meta, for the analytics and ad measurement described above. They receive information about how the site is used, not your address or payment details.

Each of them receives only what is needed for that job.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, and account details until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information by writing to contactpanuwear@gmail.com. Some order records may have to be kept for legal reasons.
